How to find Good staff?
Hey there you lovely people, glad to see you again!
Today we shall discuss something that persists in the heads of not only a Homecare Agency owner, but almost every business venture that requires staff and people to be associated run their operations.
The burning question is:
“How to find Good staff?”
Many of y’all must have heard that an organization is what its people are, well I would not debate with that assertion. Imagine working with people, not driven by the energy and goal that you aim to achieve. Do you think, you will be able to achieve what you desire with such workforce?
If you ask me, I would politely disagree with that…
Now, the other question that proliferates here is, “How to remedy this unwanted situation?”
Well, it’s as simple as it gets: Hire Good Staff!
Now, what do I mean by Good Staff is not someone qualified from a reputed University or having years of experience in the field.
