Marketing for Homecare Blog Post Part 4 – What to do when your first referral comes in

What to do when your first referral comes in?

Hey there you brilliant mind!

As you know that we’ve already covered some essentials of Marketing for Homecare Agency in the previous three videos. Let’s recap all of the topics that I broke down into steps, just to recall your memory.

Step 1 : To begin with, we learned how to figure out the list of services that you can offer to your prospects and the prices for those services.

Step 2 : Post shortlisting the services you have to offer, we went through the ways on how you can market them efficiently along with deciding the budget for the various methods of marketing.

Step 3 : In order to make sure that these marketing campaigns are resonated optimally with the right clientele, we walked down the ways to identify your target audience.

Now imagine – after implementing everything you’ve learnt – you get your first lead! Exciting, isn’t it?

Yes, it sure is! I remember when I received my first lead.

Well, it’s a human tendency to feel vivid emotions during such times. There are chances you might feel overwhelmed, you’d probably be worried about how to handle, or a feeling of anxiety and desperation of closing that lead successfully.

You need not worry in case you experience any of these. I’ll be sharing some thoughts on how to convert a prospect lead or what to do when you receive your first referral in this video.

Receiving your first referral is special, you really get so motivated to undertake any possible effort to convert that lead. It would include anything like giving in a special discount or a coupon code for the next purchase the customer makes or even paying a visit to the client in order to convert it.

But, the recent times of pandemic have shell shocked our normal ways of life and as a result, you have to modify your approach toward doing business.

What if you have to visit a client and close the deal with them over a meeting, but the restriction imposed to curb the spread of Covid-19 might restrict this adamancy of yours. You’d undoubtedly feel demotivated and baffled, right?

Considering these uncertain times, I shall be discussing some methods to consider while closing a deal, if you are unable to show up at a client’s place or demonstrate what you have to offer them face to face.

As a Homecare Agency Service provider, you must be brimming up with questions regarding ways to ace your marketing pitch. If you ask me, it’s pretty simple, all you gotta do is ask the right questions!

What are these questions that must be asked to a client? Well, you can’t have everything here only. I’m waiting for you in the video!

See you there!
